Flat floors and good load carrying make this a practical tender despite its small size. Construction is inch plywood laid up over temporary molds, eight strakes per side, lapped and glued. There are two rowing positions and large built-in buoyancy tanks fore and aft. The combination of light weight and tight, durable construction make it ideal for stowing on deck or in davits.
