For pure sailing pleasure a well balanced canoe model is hard to beat. At 27ft this one retains the feel of the sailing canoe with sufficient interior volume for weekend and local cruising. The plans show electric pod drive for auxiliary power. A small inboard diesel is a practical alternative.
